    Generation Alpha 2011 2025 0-13 years old Gen Alpha Generation Alpha, or the 'Next Generation' are still very young, being born between 2011 and 2025 Generation alpha is still very young. Being born into the modern world this generation will have exciting oppurtunites and challegens to face in the near future.
    Centennials 1996 2010 14-28 years old iGen, Gen Z, Generation Z Generation Z was born in the late 1990's through 2010. The first generation born with easy access to internet, and are often associated with being tethered to technology. Generation Z is often reffered to as post-millennials, the iGeneration, or Homeland Generation.
    Millennials Generation 1980 1995 29-44 years old Gen Y The Millennials or Generation Y, reached maturity soon after the turn of the millennium, and grew up in the middle of the computer revolution Millennials reached maturity right in the midst of the technological revolution, and are making a big impact everywhere.
    Generation X 1961 1979 45-63 years old Gen X Generation X were born soon after the baby boomers are associated with the hippie era. They are often perceived as directionless and disaffected. Generation X grew up up right at the start of the technological revolution, are considered comftorble with technology, but not tethered to it as younger generations.
    Baby Boomer Generation 1945 1964 60-79 years old Baby Boomers The Baby Boomers were named after the explosion of babies that were born following the end of World War II. The amount of babies born during this time period were roughly 50% higher than average. Generally considered a product of WWII, Baby Boomers are now reaching the age of retirement.
    Silent Generation 1923 1944 80-101 years old Traditionalists, Mature Contrary to their name, the Silent Generation tended to be very patriotic and ambitious. They were plagued with the Korean war, and economic instability following WWII The silent Gen were born into a fortunate time period associated with wealth, and high eduaction.
    Greatest Generation 1910 1925 99-114 years old G.I. Generation "The Greatest Generation" was coined by journalist Tom Brokaw. They grew up in the midst of the great depression, then went on to fight in World War II The best generation lived through, and likely helped with WWII.
    Interbellum Generation 1901 1913 111-123 years old Interbellum The Interbellum Generation grew up in the roaring twenties, and faced the start of the great depression. This generation was too young to fight in WWI, but too old for WWII The Interbellum generation grew up as the Auto industry started to expand in the United States, and were the first generation to not rely on horses as a means of transportation.
    Lost Generation 1890 1905 119-134 years old Generation of 1914 A large portion of the Lost Generation fought in World War I, and thus was named after those lost in the great war. The Lost Generation lived through both world wars, the great depression, and the Vietnam war.
